They have since truly became the watch of choice for divers, outdoors men, law enforcement as well as the military.

Flashlights that are practical, heavy-duty, as well as tactical, and are engineered to perform on the job, in the field, or on the battlefield. We offer name brands such as Hellfighter and T.O.P.

WCMAA, Inc. a Florida Corporation d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, Purchase Agreement / Liability Waiver In buying any products from WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, you hereby certify, attest, and agree to the following:
Use of Knives, Trainers, Axes, Throwers, Machetes, Hatchets, Swords, Flashlights or Utilities with care. Handle them safely.
Knives, Trainers, Axes, Throwers, Machetes, Hatchets, Swords, Flashlights or Utilities can be dangerous and can injure or kill. You hereby assume responsibility for your own risk and liability to your person or property or to that of others when using any products purchased from WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy.
You will hold harmless and indemnify WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, its owner(s), and any other party with interest in WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, for any damage to property, personal injury, or death that may occur from possession or use of any products you receive from WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy.
WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, shall have no responsibility or liability for any legal ramifications including but not limited to legal action against you, criminal prosecution, fines, confiscation, impoundments, deportation, and any other legal or civil action against you regarding your possession or use or anyone else's possession or use of products purchased or that you receive from WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy.
You will not make or seek any claim against WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, for any reason whatsoever and you will take full responsibility for any legal action or claim regarding the use or possession of any products that you purchase from WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy.
You hereby assume any and all responsibility to ensure that you fulfill and abide by any and all laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations regarding your possession and use of any products that you purchase from WCMAA Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy. Acknowledgement of Purchase Agreement / Liability Waiver, I hereby acknowledge and represent:
(a) that I have read this document in its entirety, understand it, and acknowledge it voluntarily; (b) that I am of legal age of 18; and (c) I am incompliance of all laws, ordinances, rules, or regulations; and (d) that this Acknowledgement of Purchase Agreement / Liability Waiver is the entire agreement between WCMAA, Inc. d/b/a West Coast Martial Arts Academy, and the purchaser hereto and its terms are contractual and not a mere recital.
