Kobudo is the art of Okinawan farm tools improvised and utilized as weapons. This course is a compliment to our Karate program offered at the academy. The weapons become an extension of your body that can create a tremendous amount of force, for example the Nunchuku which can produce as much as 1400LBS of pressure per square inch!

The weapons you will become familiar with are the Bo Staff, Tonfa, Sai, Kama, Nunchuku as well as the Sword. You will learn the history as well as learning to manipulate and control their explosive destruction capabilities. This program is only offered through the Karate Program.
