American Boxing

The American Boxing program consists of practical and real-life applications as well self-defense. At West Coast we teach a hybrid of Ring and Street Boxing. The Ring aspect includes correct form, movement, cardio, and technique. The Street Boxing influence derives from New York and Philadelphia styles of dirty boxing and Bronx Boxing, which use head-butts, elbows, groin strikes, knees, and certain types of "illegal for the Ring" punches. Coupled together, they make for a devastating form of Boxing and fitness.
