- The ancient art of weaponry, is also taught as part of this program. The emphasis is in Karate, at the beginning then as the student becomes more experienced with timing, distance, coordination they then advance with weapon training such as the Bo, Nuchuku, Tonfa, Sai, Kama, and Sword. These weapons become extensions of ones hands and follow the same guide lines and principles as Karate.
