Mixed Martial Arts (aka MMA) is a hybrid art that is constantly changing and evolving. The premise of mixed martial arts is to utilize what works and gets rid of what doesn't. This high level class gets you in shape fast utilizing principles, techniques and training methods from arts such as Boxing, Kick Boxing, Thai Boxing, French Kick Boxing, Chinese Gung Fu, Indonesian Martial Arts, Philippine Martial Arts, Greco Roman Wrestling, American Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Shoot wrestling to just name a few.
This high energy program provides a non stop work out as well as allows you to gain knowledge in the history, linage, and style specific techniques and principles of many martial arts. This will give you first hand knowledge of their strengths as well as their weaknesses. This program works on stand up fighting, ground fighting and everything between.
